Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping charges) to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
